As our Erlanger, KY Shipping Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in the coordination of large-scale utility scale Steam Turbines and industrial equipment. Working both on the floor and office, you will manage the completion of Bill of Landing (BOL) and Airway Bills (AWB), load/unload trucks, operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and ensure overall successful delivery and shipping processes.

Job Description

Your Role:

  • Pull and pack picklist to ship to customers
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Operate a fork truck daily to move material appropriately
  • Receive in material delivered from suppliers
  • Physically put material away in the appropriate racking location
  • Perform cycle counts operations to verify inventory accuracy in the warehouse material locations
  • Prepare BOLs and AWBs for shipments
  • Create orders for shipments to customers
  • Create and pull picklists for production orders for the shop


Basic Qualification

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in an industrial, warehouse, fulfillment center, or related work environment

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience moving large industrial equipment and parts with forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging
  • Proven safety track record and commitment to safety above all else
  • Ability to perform related administration work with computers
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite, Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM ET
  • Occasional overtime on Saturdays
