Position Summary
Due to growth, we are actively seeking a Shipping and Receiving Technician who is a highly motivated individual, to assist our Benson Hill Seeds warehouse team. Work will primarily consist of general seed treating and packaging tasks such as: Lead seed treating, Inbound and outbound shipping, inventory management, counting, fork truck and organizing. Supports activities by performing routine tasks under supervision. Follows protocols and safety procedures.
Requirements

• Able to work 40 hrs per week; some weekend work may be required.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Willing to learn and ready to take on challenges.
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up company environment.
• High attention to detail, positive attitude, and works well within a cross functional group.
• Demonstrates an adaptable, attentive and thorough work ethic.
• Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Have or obtain a seed applicators license

You Will:
(Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• General seed warehouse tasks such as lead seed treating, packaging, shipping, receiving, and sorting seed purposes.
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates equipment and instruments.
• Follow protocols to generate accurate operational data and safety protocol.
• Maintains clean facilities, equipment, and instruments.

• Preferred seed treating experience
• Preferred Applicators license
