Shows & Events Marketing Manager (Lead Procurement)

Universal Windows Direct of Cincinnati & Dayton is looking for a driven, physically active, well-spoken Shows & Events Marketing Manager to transform Universal Windows Direct on the #1 Home Improvement company customers want on the Cincinnati & Dayton markets. We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and juicy bonuses opportunities.

Job duties include:

• Plan, schedule, and execute at least 60-70, in person shows and events a year

• Develop, implement, and maintain shows and event calendar, budget, and results

• Coordinate transportation, and other logistical arrangements as needed for every event

• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners

• Hire, train, and manage Shows & Events Marketing Representatives

• Manage Shows & Events Marketing Representatives schedules

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance goal

• Take extreme ownership of every aspect of a show or event, from coordination of space needs, logistics, technology, displays, equipment, tables, staffing, training, parking, budgeting, reporting, and more

Qualifications:

• Physical activity willingness and passion

• Love for social interaction, working with people and willingness to help others

• Capable to work under pressure and ensuing time deadlines.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good computer manipulation along with other types of technology.

• Customer service experience of any type highly preferred

• Reliable transportation, U.S active driver’s license, and clean driving record
