Position Description:

The APC Shuttle Driver reports to assigned shift on time to ensure timely pick up or drop off of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Driver is to inspect the exterior and interior of the vehicle to ensure no mechanical issues arise and the van is clean.
• With a warm welcoming demeanor, they are to open the van doors for residents and greet them as they approach the vehicle.
• The Driver safely transports residents to specified pick up and drop off points.
• Build rapport and provide professional and courteous service to all residents/guests at Location Sites, while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be over the age of 18 for insurance purpose.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Well groomed, professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cover assigned shifts.
• Flexible availability; ability to provide coverage when requested.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk/jog to vehicles, get in and out of vehicles, and lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs.
• Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Preferred experience:

• 1 year of high-end residential or hotel experience as Bellman, Porter, Doorman, Greeter, Server, Hostess.
• Porter, Dealership Lot Attendant, Driver, CDL, Hospitality, Servers, Waiters, Events, Security, Leaders, Automotive, Cashier, Crew Members, Supervisors, Shift Leaders, Managers.
