Job description

Victory Sign Industries, Ltd., located in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, is looking for an experienced Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, hard-working, organized, and experienced in construction, electrical or carpentry. This individual will be installing and servicing interior and exterior signs, channel letters, raceways and large architectural pylon signs with steel supports and concrete footings. The person we are seeking should be a self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and is determined to make every project their absolute best!

Responsibilities:

• Sign installation consisting of, but not limited to, aluminum and steel fabricated signs
• Maintenance and servicing signs, performing services such as electrical troubleshooting, cleaning, bulb replacement, painting, etc.
• Loading and securing trailers with product, supplies and tools needed for job
• Ability to safely operate booms and lift equipment, comfortable with heights
• Perform installation/service according to work order specifications
• Must be able to work through problems in the field and improvise for corrections

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean record, CDL preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Overtime/odd hours and occasional out of town work are required
• Welding experience (certification preferred)
• Experience working with various hand-held power tools
• Must adhere to OSHA safety standards, company policies and procedures
• Must provide own tools (if you have them)
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces
• Clean MVR
