We are currently looking for individuals to join our Nursing Assistants In-Training program. * We will pay for your NAC program*(tuition and supplies), your clinical hours as well as any license and testing fees that you may incur.
We are currently hiring for all shifts in all our locations. We offer great staffing ratios to better serve our residents and provides our staff with the extra time needed to care for our residents. We will hire you as a Hospitality Aid while you are going through the Bethany Nursing Assistant Training Program. After successful completion of the training program and all the requirements of onboarding with Bethany of the Northwest, you will be offered a position as a CNA.
The actual Nursing Assistant Training Program includes:

• Theory/Lab 60 hours
• Clinical Hours - 45 hours over a 5 week program

(Note: You will not be reimbursed for the hours of studying theory. You will not be asked to, nor allowed to perform any clinical skills on patients or residents until first demonstrating the skill satisfactorily to the instructor in the practice setting).
