Legacy Medical Care (LMC) is looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team. LMC is a multi-specialty medical office with multiple office locations in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. The offices are located in Addison, Arlington Heights, East Dundee, Elgin and Hanover Park.

As a Site Coordinator you will support the providers and patients through a variety of clerical and patient care tasks. This includes but not limited to the following:

• Staff training
• Staff discipline
• Monitoring office flow
• Updating office information
• Assisting patients with resources
• Tracking medical documents
• Tracking supply and vaccine inventory
• Reporting and addressing office issues
• Attend meetings and audits
• Other duties as assigned

LMC requires all staff to be fluent in Spanish, have a high school diploma, able to travel to all office locations and be able to work early and late afternoon shifts. It is also preferred but not required to have experience in a medical office and managerial experience.
