The Role:
The Site Manager manages a team of administrative staff across 3 of our sites.The Site Manager creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Alongside the Administrative Supervisor, the Site Manager analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency, while promoting the organizational culture.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supervision and Leadership:

Supervises, coaches and counsels employees to reflect company organization mission, standards and procedures

Lead team meetings
-
Create team schedules
-
Helps move Departmental Goals
-
Manage team attendance, revise and approve timesheets
-
Provide on the job and other training opportunities
-
Evaluate staff performance
Responsibilities:
-
Supervising the day-to-day operations of Westchester, Long Island and Staten Island sites and administrative teams.
-
Covers Reception as needed
-
Manages Team and Phone schedules
-
Assists in the hiring process and help create training materials
-
Provides in person support to all sites as needed
-
Supports communication across Departments
-
Coordinates the availability of necessary supplies and the maintenance of equipment is.

Works with Facilities, Events and Special Projects Manager as needed
-
Maintain strong communication with admin teams in all sites
-
Maintain strong communication with office vendors
-
Responsible for promoting a welcoming environment for all visitors and community members
-
Ensure that our meeting and work spaces have what is required for efficient meeting
Keeps track and information on daily wrap ups and alarm reports for the sites supervised
Submit and approve office, break room & maintenance supplies requisitions

Manage Office petty cash and financial reports for sites supervised

Coordinate logistics for the Westchester, Long Island and Staten Island Offices with support from Team LeadsOffices
-
Assists with updates, organizations operations manual and policies
-
Building and expanding on skills by engaging in trainings and educational opportunities.

Helps maintain alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Able to participate in Department Meetings and Organizational Events
-
Able to work on weekends and outside of regular office hours as needed
-
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Other administrative duties as assigned
Project Management :
-
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
-
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
-
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
-
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

Communicating with The Director of Operations and Senior Management to keep the project aligned with their goals
-
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
QUALIFICATIONS

Eligible to work in the US
-
Required to be fully vaccinated with an FDA approved COVID-19 vaccine prior first day of employment.

Bilingual- English and Spanish

Bachelor's degree
-
Active Drivers License
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in office management
-
Minimum 3 Years supervision experience
-
Experience with Team Scheduling
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary is based on a scale set by a democratically-elected personnel committee and will depend on factors such as experience and education. MRNY offers an excellent benefit package including health insurance, 401K, and generous paid vacation, sick, personal days. The salary range for this position is from $64,255 to $75,255.
