Job description

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is seeking to fill the Site Office Manager position at our 42-unit Canon Apartments in Canonsburg and our 42-unit Crest Avenue Apartments in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. This full-time position will oversee both facilities, splitting time between both facilities.

Primary duties consist of the following:

• Leasing and Occupancy of vacant units utilizing the facility's waitlist for the appropriate selection of prospective tenants
• Securing income verification and other required information from applicants and tenants upon move-in, and certification in accordance with the program and RACW requirements
• Process all applicable recertifications
• Collect, record and deposit rent payments and other charges in accordance with the Residential Lease Agreement
• Process and reconcile all move-ins, move-outs, and the monthly building ledger
• Responsible for compliance of the regulations governing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program
• Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, prospective applicants, and maintenance staff
• Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints

Necessary Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Well organized and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite) preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Act
