***Seasonal Part-Time Position***

REPORTS TO: Ski Area Manager

Primary Purpose: Set up and explain rental packages for use by customer, including boot and binding adjustment and general overview of equipment usage.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Assist customers with Ski Rental Agreement forms

2. Assist customers with boot, ski and pole selection

3. Set bindings for customer and explains function

4. Inspects equipment upon return

5. Maintain a clean and safe Rental Shop and equipment

6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

1. Must attend Ski Technician training if directed by Recreation Manager

2. Must read all applicable Rossignol technical manuals

3. Must be a certified Rossignol Ski Technician

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Position involves a great deal of interaction with the public, so you must be consistently armed with a friendly, outgoing demeanor

2. Must have full knowledge of the benefits and drawbacks of each type of ticket and package offered to customers

SAFETY HAZARDS:

1. Repetitive Motion injuries can result from prolonged periods of steady hand movement performing repetitive tasks. Employee should take short, frequent breaks and/or switch between a variety of different tasks during their workday
