SMT Operator Main Responsibilities:
- Set up/Tear down Feeders
- Update White Board (scheduling) as needed
- Assist in machine changeovers
- Clean stencils and squeegees, wash boards
- Properly fill out production documentation
- Label and bake PCBs
SMT Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
