Social Enterprise Operations Manager - Arc Enterprise

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience

Who we need:

Our ideal candidate has formed a business from the ground up.

Arc Enterprise is seeking an Operations Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and truly understand the strengths and weaknesses of a currently-operating social enterprise serving individuals with disabilities.

You will be expected to quickly provide an assessment for improvement at each phase of the business cycle including intake, tracking, billing, and follow-up. You should be able to clearly articulate a plan to implement the change and manage the process of completing the projects.

Our ideal candidate has experience modernizing small to medium size business operations.

What You Need:

• Experience operating a small to medium-sized business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear and concise and to influence and understand their audience.
• Experience implementing change in complex organizations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in dealing with budgets and financial analysis including trends, comparative evaluations, actual vs. budget, etc.
• Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year degree
• Advanced degree preferred
• Knowledge of CARF accreditation
• Experience in business growth
• High level supervisory experience
