We wanted to create something that was the solution, the bridge between advertising and actually creating those end users or new customers! With new social media companies launching everyday - we needed to stand out.
We are looking for a dynamic social media representative to join our company. In this role, you'll be in charge of communicating with customers via social media platforms, working with the marketing team to create social media strategies, and attending any meetings pertaining to social media to represent our company.
Salary:
$19-$25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
- Manages social media communications
Required Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
- Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.
- Working knowledge of social media tools, such as HootSuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
