We are a family owned and operated nationwide nightlife company. Our main office is in Las Vegas, where we manage all of our locations from. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help develop and implement our social media strategy and to create engaging, exciting content to appeal to our target demographics!
This position has a large focus on social media and content creation, however would also like a candidate that can assist our marketing team in other areas of our Digital Strategy and general business expansion and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create photo and video content consistent with our identity to increase consumer engagement
• Assist with managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest)

• Analyze and review data to assist in improving and growing our social media strategy

• Assist in developing an influencer marketing strategy

• Assist with managing ticketing sites
• Assist with managing online reputation

Desired Skills

• 2+ years social media experience
• Proficient on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, with an understanding of the trends and nuances of each, and how to curate content for that platform
• Video editing skills (preferred on Adobe Programs)
• Intermediate + experience on Photoshop
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Creative, ambitious and passionate
• Passion for nightlife and/or the hospitality industry

About the position:

• Hours: Between 30 - 40 hours a week
• Our office is open Tuesday - Saturday, so we would prefer someone with Saturday availability
• Must be available to work our 3 busiest weekends of the year: Memorial Day Weekend, Halloween Weekend, and New Year's Eve
• Starting pay is: $15 - $21/hour, pending experience (There is room for growth and advancement in both job title and salary)
• This is an IN HOUSE position

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
