This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and passionate Social Media Creator who has a high attention to detail and organizational skills as well as excellent project management and writing skills. The successful candidate will collaborate to capture and share the story of LaBelle, it’s people, culture, community, mission and values.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Embodies our Core Values at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the LW Brand in a manner consistent with LW policies and vision.
  • Implement a social media strategy that broadens strategic communication and brand awareness goals.
  • Maintain a social media and email marketing calendar with defined strategy for growth and development of LaBelle’s offerings.
  • Organize and write each event series/pitch and email newsletters to tell a comprehensive story that ties back to our core mission and/or relevant/unique happenings that day/week.
  • Assist with coverage of special events; leveraging production opportunities to create content and drive thoughtful social conversation.
  • Place effective social media ads, analyze key metrics, and report findings to the Marketing Team each week.
  • Deliver Monthly targets for lead generation.
  • Build and develop content for campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data
  • Independently manage ad campaign within an allotted budget.
  • Communicate with followers, responding to queries promptly and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications daily.
  • Provide regular analytics reporting of social channel growth, engagement and effectiveness of our social campaigns and email marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
  • Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
  • Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms including Facebook, instagram, tic tock, etc.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. text, photos, videos, reels and news)

Essential Requirements:

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to time manage hours to stay within 30-40 hours per week.
  • Excellent communications skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent innovative and creative thought process
  • Detail oriented and able to excel while multi-tasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Budget management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in this field
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in all aspects of social media.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in developing social media and email marketing strategies
  • Sound knowledge of communications, disciplines, planning and strategy.
  • Familiarity with how to use image and video editing tools
  • Expert in writing and proofing skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google My Business, Creator Studio, Facebook Business Suite

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to sit at a desk while working on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work in a food/wine environment
  • Ability to have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
