YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with socials team and talent to create a content strategy in line with TBNR standards and ensure growth goals are achievable
- Keep up with all trends and competition
- Take part in weekly ideation sessions and creative pitch meetings
- Maintain production timeline to ensure all moving parts and schedules work together
- Develop engaging, relevant and exciting packaging for the content you create
- Maintain a full pipeline of creative ideas that can quickly be turned into relevant videos
- Work with Talent Coordinator to schedule talent and effectively use time on set
- Help develop & quality check outlines that will ensure highest audience engagement relative to each topic
- Produce, film, and direct weekly short form videos
- Take videos through post, working with the team to get notes on your work
- Quality check final delivery of each episode
- Use platform-specific analytics to understand why things succeed or fail and make adjustments as needed
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Great communication skills
- Experience with camera, iPhone operation, and audio recording
- Deep understanding of platform analytics
- Experience with Frame IO
- Able to run competitor analysis
