• The Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist will work independently and in conjunction with team members to:
• Produce creative and captivating content for use across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for all brands as well as for internal Company communication using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manages and coordinates social media content, creation, design, and schedules to drive company strategic messages and increase consumer activity and engagement.
• Answer social media queries, messages, and comments in a prompt and professional manner.
• Assists leadership with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
• Evaluates and communicates the success of such campaigns when completed.
• Maintain awareness of emerging platforms and helps brainstorm new ways to leverage them for brand development and growth; Proposes new ideas and helps foster department growth.
• Collaborates with leadership to fully understand brand(s) and communication needs.
• Responsible for developing social media-content calendar with curated and original content for all brands
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and technologies in Social & Digital Marketing
• Analysis of marketing efforts and traffic driven to our sites.
• Other digital marketing duties as assigned by leadership

Successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Highly skilled in creative applications such as adobe creative suite, video editing programs, graphic design programs, web development, etc.
• Graphic design, layout, editing, and proofreading skills
• Basic understanding of web design, html, CSS, and content management systems (knowledge of programs such as WordPress or Drupel)
• Excellent customer service skills; team player
