RIDGEVIEW Behavioral Health Services, a non profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Master's Level Social Worker for our inpatient psychiatric unit. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide high-quality, friendly social services to our clients in a fast-paced mental health environment.

Clinical supervision will be provided to assist you in your journey toward LMSW and LCSW licensure. The schedule will be weekday business hours plus every other weekend (you'll have one consistent weekday free to offset the weekend hours).

REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW / MSSW). Experience providing clinical social work, preferably within an inpatient psychiatric setting, is preferred but new master's level social work graduates will be considered.

JOB DUTIES

The IPU Social Worker works collaboratively with the LCSW Clinical Program Coordinator in the development and coordination of patients' clinical social work needs as identified by the interdisciplinary treatment assessment process.

• Work toward licensure as LMSW / LCSW
