We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to design, develop and test software on multiple instrumentation platforms (Panther System, Panther Fusion System) and a menu of assays (Aptima STIs, Aptima Virology, Panther Fusion Respiratory) for our automated molecular diagnostic instruments
Located in between Sorrento Valley and Mira Mesa.

What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects
- Software design and development
- Assay algorithm design and development
- Enhance existing code through refactoring
- Unit and acceptance testing
- Participate and/or lead in Agile planning, scrum and retrospectives
- Use company design and development processes
What You Need for this Position
5+ years experience with:
