What you will do
We are looking for engineers to help us develop a service to build, test and analyze complex blockchain systems.We have software engineer positions available at all levels of seniority. Title and responsibilities will be commensurate with experience and background.
As a software engineer, you will work with security engineers to build a highly reliable and easy-to-use service. The service will build testing and analysis environments for large scale blockchain systems that security engineers can use to identify security issues in the blockchain systems. You will own areas like infrastructure orchestration, CI/CD, reliability engineering, security, access control, node operations, and monitoring. You will keep up with the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, and periodically reevaluate architectural choices and coordinate migration if needed. We are growing fast and our infrastructure is expected to expand rapidly. As an early member of the team, you will help shape the service design and play a significant role in this journey.

Responsibilities
- Understand and build L1 blockchains and other complex blockchain systems.
- Design, implement and maintain a service to build, test and analyze complex blockchain systems.
- Work collaboratively with the security audit team and tools development team to improve the usability and reliability of the service.
- Evangelize and drive a well-architected framework.
- Make and document thoughtful architectural and technology decisions.
- Own and drive infrastructure fundamentals such as orchestration, reliability engineering, devops, and security.
- For Staff Engineer, help drive the long-term infrastructure roadmap for the service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
- For senior level and above, 4+ years of experience in build or test infrastructure development.
- For below senior level, minimum 1 year experience in build or test infrastructure development.
- Prior software development experience (includes internships, research experience, and open-source development), Software Engineer III, minimum of 1 year. Senior Software Engineer, minimum of 3 years. Staff Software Engineer, minimum of 8 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in setting up a blockchain network.
- Experience in operating / deploying a node on a blockchain network.
- Knowledgeable in Linux and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks
We offer a highly competitive salary and bonus. We have a comprehensive employee benefits package. Compensation is negotiable, but the exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of the qualified candidates. - $115,000 - $230,000 base salary.
