Overview:
The ideal candidate is responsible for the architecture, build, and maintenance of highly scalable systems, complex data models. Primary duties will involve development of customizations needed for Data ingestion, ETL & BI Analysis views.
Responsibilities:
- Development of customizations needed for Data ingestion, ETL & BI Analysis views.
Extensive experience with data platform development is needed. - Architect, develop, and maintain a highly scalable data warehouse and build/maintain ETL processes.
- Utilize a variety of technologies to aggregate data from across the business.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues like database performance, database capacity, replication, and other data-related issues.
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience working as an ETL developer in a Data Engineering, Data Warehousing or BI team.
- Solid expereince with Informatica, ETL standards, methodologies, guidelines and techniques.
- Strong understanding of SQL queries, aggregate functions, Complex joins, manipulation of data and server interactions.
- Strong experience with either of Databases like Redshift/SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL
Good exposure to data warehouse concepts, Data mart and BI application/Reporting solution.
