SSA Group at Columbus Zoo & Aquarium is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team!

We have a very unique Sous Chef opportunity for you. The focus will be our passion for daily food service; taking fast, casual food to the next level. We expect some of the latest techniques and trends to deliver our daily visitors something they would never expect. Our chefs are and must be high profile throughout our organization and the community. The Sous Chef will oversee the main Food Service location, supporting Catering and other locations as necessary. The ideal Sous Chef will have high energy, leadership and staff development skills, culinary skills, and high-end catering experience. They will also have food/labor cost control knowledge and great interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements: Five to Eight years Kitchen Manager or Lead Cook experience in high volume restaurant, country club, catering, or cultural attraction venue; Culinary Arts degree a plus; ServSafe certified, and knowledge of HACCP.
