Sous Chef / or Highly Skilled Line Cook. Golf playing privilege's & employee discounts offered.

Flexible lunch & dinner shifts offered based on availability.

Responsibilities includes covering the line during lunch or dinner service or events. Evening shifts usually end between 7-8:30pm. This is not a late-night facility.

Must be experienced in all stations and be able to build soups, sauces, banquet menu items etc. from scratch. Ability to bake welcomed but not required.

Opportunity to work with a skilled Executive Chef to hone your skills or bounce ideas off of.

Ensuring quality in the preparation and presentation of all menu items. Creativity is a plus and encouraged.

This is a well-organized and equipped professional kitchen and work environment. Positive attitude and a sense of humor are welcome.

Must have a minimum of 2 years culinary experience working on a high-volume line or commensurate experience and be able to work independently or as a team player based on need.

Candidate must be able to multitask, handle volume and manage down time effectively.
