Job description
Position Summary
The Spa Concierge provides personal assistance to any individual booking spa treatments, fitness services and retail transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs
- Book reservations
- Assist with cleanliness of the facility
- Follow detailed service standards
- Inform guests of retail offerings and encourage sales
- Attend training and team meetings
- Ability to speak to each treatment and benefits in detail
- Work with SpaSoft booking program
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Computer skills and ability to learn spa booking program
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guest, management, and staff
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions
- Ability to learn and abide by luxury standards put in place to provide the highest level of service to our guests
