Studio Coordinator Summary:

Works with the Team to ensure that all processes are being followed. The Studio Coordinator is responsible for helping to create and maintain great customer service relations with clients, to perform within company culture and standards and assist in maintaining smooth operating functions. The Studio Coordinator is a role model and must be able to solve problems in a win/win manner, make informed decisions and ask for assistance to achieve maximum results, reach goals and generate goodwill with customers and staff.

Results to be achieved by Studio Coordinator:

  • Provide excellent customer service to create and maintain satisfied clients.
  • Behave according to company culture and policies to create a smoothly functioning center.
  • Be available for shifts as agreed to and be selective when requesting time off, recognizing that it is essential to have the desk covered appropriately.
  • Be prompt with all projects as may be requested from time to time.
  • Bring any concerns or issues to the attention of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Essential Functions (duties/responsibilities) for Studio Coordinator:

  • Competently serve customers providing great customer service
  • Assist in attaining store sales goals
  • Adhere to job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service policy, company culture and company policies.
  • Make sure that appearance of center is clean and sanitary.
  • Make recommendations and bring forth concerns and client complaints.
  • Assist in managing appointment schedule effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and staff issues in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Assist in orientation and training of new desk staff
  • Manage and oversee cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain product inventory and all supplies accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Project company culture and standards
  • Assist in continuously developing knowledge and information about competitor activity and report observations
  • Manage health and safety, security and emergency systems according to company policy and relevant law
  • Manage overhead and costs according to budget, check all expenditures with Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for Studio Coordinator:

  • Ability to work under pressure and keep calm despite tight deadlines and/or client or staff issues.
  • Ability to focus on the desired end results, a passion for providing excellent customer service experience to Rubs clients.
  • Customer service and administrative experience is desired.
  • Knowledge of Word & Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Commitment to professional growth, takes responsibility for responses and looks for resolution in conflicts
  • Suggests system improvements.

Additional Requirements:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

-Spa Experience Preferred

-Customer Service Experience Required

-Must Have Reliable Transportation.

Position available is part time and may require travel between studios and to/from the bank. Rubs benefits include discounted services and products for employees, paid sick time, direct deposit and subsidized health and dental plan for qualified employees.
