Hugging the shoreline, with unmatched views across the water, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore offers a chic, resort-like getaway in the heart of Harbor East, the city’s hippest new district. Walk to great restaurant and shops and local attractions. Referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East” the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has 256 guest rooms including 45 suites.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the first interaction to confirmed and potential guests of the spa with a warm welcome, product & service knowledge, and tailored upselling.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve all plans and opportunities for experience improvement.
- Handle any guest inconvenience or complaint swiftly, with a smile and to the satisfaction of the guest, informing management of the situation and how you resolved it.
- Provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise.
- Assist with giving tours of the spa and locker rooms to guests.
- Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with co-workers and all departments to ensure organized and professional service.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of Baltimore and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required.
- Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
