THE ROLE: Specialist, Inside Sales Cloud

Job Summary:

Presidio is seeking an Inside Sales Cloud Specialist to join our Cloud team in Hauppauge, NY. The Inside Sales Cloud Specialists are primarily responsible for facilitating invoicing to Presidio customer for cloud resale agreements. Quoting and working closely with AWS as well as our customers will also be an integral part of this role.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing AWS consumption to Presidio customer primarily those that also are procuring Cloud Managed Services from Presidio
  • Working closely with Presidio invoicing team to ensure proper updating of orders within Presidio system to ensure timely invoicing to customer
  • Facilitate quoting for new opportunities within the Cloud Practice, specifically related to AWS
  • Communication with customers on the calculation of AWS consumption and Managed Services
  • Regular cadence with Management on any issues within assigned customer base
  • Various other tasks that will be required from time to time

Required Skills:

  • Well organized
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Education and Experience:

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of AWS invoicing tools and CloudHealth tool preferred but not required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 3 + Years of minimum experience
  • Customer Services or Invoicing experience in a corporate setting, technology company experience preferred
  • Intermediate skills required in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SumIf etc.)
