The key component of the role is configuration of the Macess Application. Essential skillsets to perform this job would be organization, SQL or other coding experience, Strong Analytical skills to identify End to End impacts, Strong Oral and Written Communication. There are managers and/or supervisors available to assist with questions. There will be Microsoft Teams meetings with Scrum Teams and Business partners both inbound and outbound. Although this role is to be worked independently you it is part of a team: the BTPO Claims Domain. Breaks are not a requirement and there is no set lunch schedule.
As a SQL & Workflow Tool Configurations Analyst , you would be responsible for working as part of the BTPO Claims team to implement the queue structure for new or expanded Medicare and Medicaid state configuration, support workflow development, reports and process enhancements. Primary focus of this role is to complete the configuration to support new market requirements and incremental changes required upon business needs for the Macess software system which would include gathering information in regard to customer requirements, expectations for the project, and review or clarify any discrepancies. Attention to detail is vital as well as compliance with the project timelines and documentation requirements.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. We offer virtual 1 on 1 training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure C&S markets, including but not limited to new queues, material changes, reports &, process flows utilizing CSP Macess using source of truth documents, reference policies and applicable SOP’s
- Complete audit configuration loads for adherence to procedures to ensure quality measures are met/exceeded
- Research configuration issues, audit findings or other defects to develop the appropriate configuration criteria to meet customer expectations
- Identify and develop new workflows to support business efficiency
- Review issues and incoming work by analyzing and developing the appropriate configuration solution within the specified TAT and quality measures
- Manage workload to meet customer deliverable dates and communicate delays with realistic timeframes with a sense of urgency towards the customer
- Complete configuration proof of concept including testing before submitting for approval
- Meet TAT and quality goals as established
- Suggest process improvements and ideas for increasing efficiency while improving quality and customer satisfaction
- Suggest Solutioning in concert with IT development and Operational improvement opportunities
- Support other Macess related work as appropriate

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience with a Workflow tool such as Macess, ServiceNow, PEGA, ORS, or other healthcare administration system
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and work with formulas
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (or higher)
- 1+ years of Technical Support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word (create, edit & save), Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save, pivot, formulas, etc.) and SQL (update or retrieve data)
- Basic Coding experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 - $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 - $106,700.
