• As a key member of the Planning team, you will be responsible for managing a Global product portfolio as well as managing related activities for the Americas region.
• You will be a key contributor to the Global S&OP process, analyzing and presenting data highlighting potential service, capacity and financial risks and opportunities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product Management and Finance you will create and execute demand and supply plans, capacity plans, component risk buy and safety stock recommendations, as well as identifying and resolving potential inventory shortages and excess.
• You will analyze demand data and provide recommendations on product transitions, new product introductions. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the demand forecast and supply plan is ‘right sized’, as well as identifying key forecasting dependencies and complex trends for cases where historical data is limited.
• You will develop inventory strategies and align the supply plan with production schedules on existing portfolio, new products and product phase-outs.
• You will have significant autonomy in the role and will be expected to continually drive for improvement and automation in our end-to-end planning methods, processes and tools. Helping to drive innovation, data insights and sharing best practice with the broader organization.
• We expect you to build strong cross-functional relationships across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management.

• Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (supply chain, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, etc.)
• Strong background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, or Supply Chain/Sales Analytics.
• Extensive background in the analysis and operationalization of customer level channel data, (sell out, sell through, in-stocks and channel inventory) as well as market sizing analysis for new products and categories.
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate and present Supply Chain information to non-Supply Chain stakeholders in a meaningful way.
• Data visualization experience (Tableau/Domo/Qlik/etc.) preferred
• Experience in ERP, MRP and capacity planning preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Customer focused, able to constructively challenge
• Be a self-starter that acts like an owner by seeking to learn/understand the business, actively pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, and market expansion.
