**Advanced analytics experience, advanced technical understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships and field mapping and advanced marketing automation tool experience required.
Internally titled, our Digital Optimization Manager supports our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) growth initiatives, including measuring and reporting on all marketing KPIs, supporting its digital marketing strategy with marketing automation, out/in-bound campaigns, digital advertising, website maintenance, and search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and experience in the healthcare industry, across both Healthcare Payers and Providers, ideally in an enterprise analytics software context (SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI). Advanced analytics and marketing automation tools experience in addition to Salesforce experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with the Product Marketing, Event Marketing and Marketing communications team to execute on marketing programs and value-based campaigns that drive measurable results
- Measure and report on performance of all marketing efforts and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and help optimize performance based on the insights
- Owns digital campaign management
- Support paid media strategy execution
- Assist in managing and executing a coordinated SEO plan
- Manage execution of marketing automation, including list building, forms, scoring, email prep and send, and other duties working with the marketing communication team.
- Use A/B testing, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to optimize conversion rate and visitor engagement
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, Digital and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Essential Education, Experience and Interests:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field preferred
- 5+ years Marketing experience required; Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years Web Testing/Optimization experience
- Advanced analytics experience, with proficiency in connecting and joining multiple data sources using Tableau and Alteryx or similar tools.
- Experience using Salesforce, specifically has a strong technical understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships and field mapping
- Experience implementing and managing digital marketing technology and automation.
- Experience using marketing automation tools such as Pardot
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- DemandBase or other ABM platform experience preferred
