Job Title: Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing (B2B)

About the Role:

We are looking for someone will build and scale demand gen for the ClassPass B2B audience which includes our fitness and spa/salon partners, along with our corporate business. You will drive digital customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating inbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimizing, A/B testing, building reports and using analytics to measure and refine paid media efforts.

Working in partnership with marketing and sales teammates, you will drive a pipeline of qualified leads that boost marketing-driven revenue for the business

About the right team member:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing execution across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn. Other performance marketing channels is a plus.

  • You’re self-motivated, comfortable working in ambiguity and confident in owning your tools, platforms and projects.

  • Performance marketing oriented with proven results in driving new customer growth

  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to meet set goals and deadlines

  • You have working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce and Marketing Automaton tools

  • Experience manging a $2M+ demand gen budget and making data-driven decisions about best uses for your budget

  • You enjoy cross-collaboration and partnering with a variety of teams that move our business forward.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of day-to-day paid media management of all platforms used for B2B demand gen including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more.

  • Responsible for strategy, execution and ongoing performance communication for campaigns

  • Collaborate with broader marketing organization to drive campaigns including direct partnership with marketing ops, creative, lifecycle and more.

  • Work in close partnership with the B2B marketing team to ensure we are prioritizing efforts that align with KPIs and business needs.

  • Forecast budget and performance based on campaign data and market dynamics.

  • Consistently looking to test creative, formats, landing pages, tactics and more to ensure we are maximizing impact
