Summary:
Expected to resolve complex problems as well as suggest and implement ideas for improvement. Serves as active team member when is necessary, working with projects and training new people.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:
During Production:
Verify all the operator set up the machine, run the first perfect pieces, first evaluations for enrobing machine for WF and MC, moisture checks for pretzels (use moister meter). Inform QA technicians when every machine and the line is ready for the first evaluation. Perform the change overs, coach new employees, develop and implement new process in the production area, the primary function is to verify that all personnel are full trained and assigned to the corresponding areas and a Support like specialist job duties as required.
During Sanitation:
Assure that all the procedures are followed for clean every area in the company.

Packaging
All the employees must use the GMP and the uniform during the sanitation, when the sanitation is completed.
Ensure all the equipment is clean, at the same all the areas around.
Ensure at the end of the Sanitation process everything is in place.
Skills & Experience:

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Adheres to the allergen programs.

Ability to ready and speak basic English.

Adhere to the all GMP programs.

Maintain records and communicate and correct out of control conditions.

Ability to make simple math calculations and measurements.Ability to use basic tools and make simple mechanical adjustments.

Willingness to work in a hot and noisy environment.

Willingness to work independently with minimum instructions.

Willingness to work weekends an overtime as needed

Wear all required protective equipment.

Obey all food and human safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
