What You'll Do
- Be the leading voice of your product with both internal and external stakeholders
- Deeply understand the user needs by spending time with our partners and account teams, analyzing data, and utilizing market and user research
- Understand and document the flow of internal and external data through our systems and how that data informs business and technical processes
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Design, Operations, Compliance and other cross-functional groups to identify requirements and build new capabilities
- Build a compelling vision and business case for new product investments and enhancements
- Define the product strategy and an ambitious product roadmap to deliver value to end users while driving business outcomes for DriveWealth and our partners
- Envision and explain how your products could be implemented within our partners' apps, and used by people to improve their financial lives
- Drive Go-To-Market planning and execution to launch your products and drive adoption and usage
What You'll Need
- 7+ years working in product management at a software company
- A proven track record of leading full lifecycle solutions from problem definition to launch
- Ability to understand complex business problems and break them down into simple solutions that focus on customer needs
- Empathy with end users, and the ability to articulate how technical platform capabilities create value for them
- Experience managing API-based products and working with external clients / partners to embed those APIs within their products
- Prior experience defining and delivering configurable, rules-bases solutions to meet the needs of our multinational customers and regulatory requirements
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive product strategy and decision making
- An open mind, flexibility around testing new approaches and the ability to learn from failures and turn them into wins
- Ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and drive results across an organization
- Experience in Financial Services, Fintech or other highly integrated and regulated industries is a plus
