Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Full-Time

Must have Construction experience.

Job Summary:
This position is in a very fast paced environment and is looking for a candidate who can grasp an understanding of the construction industry from the accounting side. The person who will succeed in this position must be well organized and have strong communication skills. There are a number of tasks the position requires to be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Those tasks include but are not limited to.

• Billing (Specifically Forms 702 & 703 plus various GC forms)
• Union Reporting for numerous locals
• Contacting Customers for open invoices
• Reconciliations
• Processing a number of compliance forms such as Lien Waivers, Payroll, OCIP, Bonds, etc.
• Budget Analysis
• Assist Controller in Year End Closing
• The position reports directly to the Controller and will assist in monthly reporting and other accounting functions.

• Career Level Required Experienced (Non-Manager)
• Experience Required 1+ to 2 Years
