Sign-on Bonus - $7,500 (2 yrs. as FT)

We are looking for an experienced Staff RN to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
  • Must be current in BLS

Responsibilities:

ยท Directs and administers individualized care of patients: Performs assessments, diagnoses problems amenable to nursing practice, identifies outcomes, plans care, implements care to include coordination of care and health teaching and promotion. Adheres to PCMH Standards of Behavior.
