What you will do:
As a
Staffing Coordinator, you will create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations to ensure adequate coverage to deliver quality care to our residents.
Must haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant License in the state
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
