Pay - $55,000 to $65,000 first year expectation - includes a great base and a bonus program
Hours - 8:30A to 5:00P Monday - Friday
Location - Corporate Office is at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland, Kansas City, MO -Beautifully remodeled space! And due to growth, we're remodeling our first floor.

- Work in the KC North office Mon-Fri "9-5" managing the schedules of our employees - mostly RN's, LPN's & CNA's in your region
- Manage a territory of healthcare accounts, mostly nursing homes (aka LTC, long term care), that you'll regularly communicate with in KS, MO, CO, FL, TX, OK (or any of the newer states we're starting to work for)
- Work with usually a team of one or two others in your territory, and about 15-20 others in the PRN staffing division
- Fast paced! Very little down time!
- Fun and fulfilling. You are helping facilities fill shifts with our employees when they need them most
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING….
Someone with some kind of healthcare knowledge might do best; although we've hired people with other talents instead and they have thrived for years. It takes creativity! You literally have to often think way outside the box. You can not be fearful of being on the phone and thinking on the fly. You will be monitoring emails, group text replies and the phone all day every day and have to be able to switch gears on a dime when a priority changes. Some of our staffing managers have been with Cascade for 5-10 years. There is money to be made and advancement to be had for the right individuals. We seek long term players and will take care of those who are successful on the team!
- ATS (mildly)
- HRIS (mildly)
- Email Management system (like Slack, Front, etc)
- Group Texting Platforms
- Staffing and Rate Management Software
- Share Drives and Google Suite (Excel, Word and Google equivalents mostly)
- Canva and Adobe and other creative software (rarely)
- Social Media - Facebook, Insta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn (rarely)
- Others as necessary or suggested
- Annual Base Pay or Hourly Pay Increases at Anniversaries - 2% minimum (WE KNOW; right now 2% is not enough)
- Bonuses, Contests or Incentive Programs - Periodically and regularly in effect
- Referral Bonuses for RN, LPN, CNA or other healthcare staff - Refer your friends, family or random healthcare staff and get up to $300 gift cards
- Birthdays - The CEO and COO see to it that you get a nice gift!
- T-shirts or other Logo items - Usually a few times a year we order fun wearables or other items and all office staff gets a freebie!
- Paid Time Off - Two to Four weeks depending on length of service at Cascade

- Cascade's PRN Division has expanded into Colorado, Florida, Texas and Oklahoma in the past few years, with many more states on the horizon
