Job Overview:
A Staff Force Recruiter will help our clients find the right talent to staff their companies with. Whether it’s a full-time, part-time, or temporary position, the staffing recruiter writes the job descriptions, posts the information in highly visible places, and then screens and selects candidates who best fit the criteria. The staffing agency recruiter should have a strong sense of how to network for different roles based on the client’s expectations. A job fair or an online post may yield very different results, depending on the desired skill set.
Responsibilities:
Working with clients to determine staffing needs
Settling on qualification criteria and compensation package
Posting job descriptions to attract a large number of high-quality candidates
Building, updating, and maintaining a talent pool
Conducting background checks and pre-interviews of candidates
Providing client with a shortlist of applicants
Helping candidates prepare for their interview
Updating client and candidates about hiring status
Keeping detailed documentation for later review
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
General understanding of labor and privacy regulations
Proven experience managing the first part of the hiring cycle
Familiarity with ATS and resume database technology
Experience evaluating and interviewing candidates<
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
