This position administers staffing for the hospital on a daily basis according to acuity and patient census and is responsible for human resources issues such as recording and communicating sick leave to appropriate department managers, maintaining schedule changes and gathering/reporting data relating to productive and nonproductive work hours. This position also coordinates the placement of hospital patients through maintenance of a current on line database of patients and their locations, and an availability status of beds throughout the hospital.

Qualifications
We require:
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance plans, computer applications and organizational policies and procedures related to the admission process and staffing needs.
- Must have ability to prioritize work flow
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
