What You'll Do
- Decontaminate, assemble and sterilize surgical intstruments
- Inspect instruments for sterility and functionality during assembly of trays and peel packs
- Properly package instruments as needed to ensure sterilization
- Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Clean patient care equipment
- Actively participate in quality and procssess improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process and report abnormalties to leadership
