General Duties: This supervisory employee oversees the day to day operation of the following:

• Attends QIT and staff meetings as required by the General/Plant Manager
• Ensure morning exercises of employees.
• Train employees on job responsibilities and complete training paperwork.
• Orders garments and non- garment items as directed by the General/Plant Manager.
• Fills in for BR as well as Repair and Mend employees. Enters garments into Garment Tracking System (GTS). Places completed Repair and BR garments in appropriate location.
• Verify Work Order Waiting for Approval, for both the Distribution Center (DC) and the Plant, are processed timely.
• Verify Work Order Processing from DC using “DC Sent Items” report through BI Launch. Research all garments which does not show as being received by the plant, although is indicated as being issued by DC.

Qualifications:

Employee will be trained on the job, no previous experience is necessary. Computer skills are preferred but not required. Bilingual a plus.
