Store Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
At Tricia’s Treasures & Bistro, our Store Manager is an ambassador who is responsible for promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture. We love what we do and believe that, with our teams, we are the most amazing place to work! This position is for the Neenah, WI location.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the owner.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding team and themselves accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Performs and oversees basic operational activities such as scheduling, opening and closing duties and merchandising.
- In coordination with the Business Manager, maintains store staffing by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
- Determines additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales; studying trends.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Communicates with Owner and Business Manager to effectively lead positive change.
- Models sales expectations utilizing various techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommends merchandise selections or helps to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of retail management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Able to learn and/or adapt to technology as needs arise.

While performing the duties of this job, the store manager is regularly required to walk or frequently required to stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The use of ladders may also be required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
