We are looking for an Strategy Operations Manager to join our Operations team in Content Platform within the Experience Mission! You will drive the operating cadence and increase organizational efficiency through managing cross-functional central initiatives.
This role offers a unique view of the key priorities across the organization. You’ll work in a distributed team and you’ll report to the Content Platform Head of Operations based in Stockholm.
What you’ll do
- You’ll act as the chief operator responsible for the daily operation of a growing team working closely with Directors and Managers representing Engineering, Product, Design, Insights, and Content Operations
- You’ll be part of a team of strategy & operations, agile coaches and program managers to drive overall organizational efficiency
- You’ll manage the team’s strategic planning and operational cadence. Own planning related work in the product area, make the planning process intentional, effective and result in impactful and realistic plans
- Be part of developing and driving our communication strategy by planning, coordinating and executing internal and external division communication
- Help continually improve processes, ways of working and approaches within teams and the product area
- Establish relationships and effective cross team and cross functional collaboration, communication and decision making
- Be part of a team with a vision to make the hybrid working model successful where everyone feel a sense of belonging
Who you are
- You are structured, goal focused, but also pragmatic, understanding the complexity of working with a multitude of different teams and people
- You're great at building relationships, bringing playfulness and a sense of humor to work
- Have experience in discussing and interacting with senior leaders, an influencer with the ability to lead without formal authority
- Have worked closely with cross functional teams within design, research, product and engineering
- You see the bigger picture, analytical and can quickly grasp what is an actual problem/opportunity and what needs to focus on now
- Have an understanding of agile and lean methodologies. You’re not afraid to test, fail and iterate
- An efficient communicator and great at clarifying and simplifying for teams
- You have a flexible approach, adaptable to changing business needs
- You are open to work from the office from time to time and you are open to travel, although this role does not require frequent travel
Where you’ll be

- Where in the world? For this role, you will have to be based in New York or its surroundings. Being able to come in to the office from time to time.
- Working hours? You’ll operate within the EST timezone and collaborate with colleagues within the Central European and GMT time zones.
