Job description
Richard Wallace Builder Inc is looking for a Custom Home Building Superintendent. The ideal candidate would be capable of managing 4 to 6 homes at any one time. These homes are typically priced from $600,000 to $1.2 million. Pay and benefits for a qualified candidate equal or exceed prevailing rates. This position requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. All homes are in upscale New Hanover planned communities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
