Overview
Job Summary: The Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS) Coordinator manages and maintains all Supply Chain department operations regarding data integrity within the system item master. This includes overseeing of continual data management from day-to-day operational changes.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide extensive reporting through proficient use of Meditech and BCA related to Supply Chain. This includes the handling of very large datasets across multiple platforms, merging and manipulation of several data sets for use, along with advanced formulas.

Monitor and continually improve Meditech item master data through the use of reporting, data sets and third-party proprietary applications. This also includes, but is not limited to, requests for item changes, item additions, inactivation, par level changes, and additional item master functions from key players within the department.

Inform and assist individuals within the supply chain department with understanding of Meditech to assist in better overall knowledge and streamlined processes.

Consult with departments throughout the hospital on a routine basis for review of item templates, items without use, and items that may need to be added to inventory.

Represent supply chain for internal and external IT related opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, assist in resolving supply chain personnel software conflicts with IT, interface with Meditech personnel as needed, consult with IT on personnel access review routinely.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degrees: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 3 – 5 years
