PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Program Manager for our Corporate Office located at 23330 Cottonwood Parkway, California, MD.

Job Description Summary

Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for a contracted effort in the Patuxent River, MD area. Provides oversight and management of supply chain functions including receiving, warehousing, shipping, procurement, accuracy of logistics IT databases, item unique identification management, hazardous and controlled materials management, Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services support, and other related functions.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Serves as primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversees execution of the contract requirements
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources
• Supervises approximately 40 employees
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance statistics
• Develop and submit monthly and other contract reports

Required Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in business, program management or logistics, five years of which must be in supply chain management
• Ability to obtain Secret level clearance
• Must always maintain confidentiality and always represent the Company in a positive manner
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
• Use programs required to complete assigned work, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
• Applies effective networking and teamwork skills to carry out job responsibilities

Education Requirement

• Master’s degree in a logistics, supply chain, or business discipline
• A bachelor’s degree and an additional four years of additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
