Assistant Coaches will lead Fox Cities YMCA Swim Team (FCYST) members in practice and competition. Assistant Coaches will work under the direction of the Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach or Lead Coach. FCYST consists of a variety of ages and abilities so coaches of any level of experience are encouraged to apply. For more information on FCYST, visit: www.fcyst.orgCompetitive swimming experiences a plus. Lifeguard, First Aid & CPR Certifications required upon hire. Will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the swim participants, watching the deck and pool, ensuring a safe and clean area and instructing participants on proper swim techniques.
