We are searching for our next Children's Swim Instructor! NO PRIOR SWIM INSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED! WE PAY TO TRAIN YOU! This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture!

This is a wonderful opportunity for Coaches, Teachers or Instructors. We are looking for happy people, with ideally one year of child care or daycare experience and preferably one year of experience in a skilled aquatic activity or as a lifeguard, however this is not required. This is a fun job for those who enjoy children and teaching.

Swim Teacher Benefits

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties

• Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
• Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming
• Smiling and having fun
• Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
• Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)

Swim Teacher Qualifications and Skills

• One year of demonstrated experience working with children preferred, but not required (e.g., Parent, coach, teacher, child care, daycare)
• Basic ability to perform three major strokes: free style with side breathing, backstroke and breaststroke. In-water portion of interview includes brief swim evaluation, and observation of classes
• At least 16 years old and have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekdays 3 pm - 8 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
