Our locally owned, small, warm water facility is the perfect location for instructors to provide individualized swimming lessons to our students. We are here to provide small group and private swimming lessons to all ages and abilities! Our instructors receive paid training upon hiring and ongoing training throughout their employment to ensure they have the tools to be prepared for and love what they do. Their passion for their work is contagious and therefore our swimmers thrive. Our families stay with us because we know their swimmers and can offer specialized lessons to help them succeed with this lifetime sport. We are looking for motivated, outgoing, swimming loving instructors who love challenge and reward.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with children
• Successful completion of the Water Wise Swimming Lessons certification or equivalent certification (training can be provided)
• Current CPR Certification (training can be provided)
• Current 1st Aid Certification (training can be provided)
• Swimming competency
• Successful completion of background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $27.00 per hour
