Job description
The BBE’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Check in daily with principal for coverage assignments
-Cover classes when teachers are absent
-Complete regularly scheduled duties and assignments outside of the classroom
-Follow regular teacher’s lesson plans in a way that ensures consistency and optimal learning, and that encourages students to participate
-Manage behavior in classroom and in common areas
-Act as in-class behavioral support when needed
-Modify teaching styles to fit the learning styles of various students
-Maintain a well-managed classroom and positive learning environment
-Supervise students out of class such as in the hallways and in the cafeteria as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $220.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
